We respect your privacy and are committed to giving you full control over your data. If you no longer wish to use Giga Miner, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data using either of the following methods:
Option 1: Delete Account Directly From the App
You can delete your account and all associated information in just a few taps.
Steps:
- Open the Giga Miner app
- Go to Settings
- Tap on "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion if prompted
What Happens Next:
- Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.
- All associated data will be removed from our systems, including:
- Your Google-linked login/email
- Mining performance history
- Reward/earning logs
- Referral data and invite tracking
No additional confirmation is required. This action is irreversible.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you're unable to access the app (e.g., device lost, login issues), you can also request deletion manually.
Send an email to: [email protected]
What Happens Next:
- We will verify the request and delete your data within 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following information is removed:
- Google login/email
- Cloud-based mining performance and stats
- Earning history and wallet records (if any)
- Referral code data and invite earnings
- Session or device information tied to your account
We do not store passwords, as login is done only through Google Sign-In.
Data That May Be Retained (If Required)
In some cases, we may retain minimal anonymized data for:
- Security or fraud prevention
- Legal compliance or tax reporting (if applicable)
No personal or identifying information will be retained after deletion unless legally required.
Additional Notes
- We never sell or share your data with third parties.
- We use Google AdMob, Facebook Ads, and Firebase Analytics to improve app performance and display relevant ads, which may collect limited device or interaction data.
